SofTech's Customer Services organization is comprised of dedicated team of technical support engineers, consultants, and trainers who are ready to assist you, answer your questions, work with you on a consultancy basis, or meet your training needs. Consulting Services

An Application Engineering (A.E.) Services contract is a very popular program with our customers. Blocks of 5 or 10 A.E. days can be purchased on an annual basis. You decide when to consume the days and what is to be accomplished. Contact SofTech at info@softech.com for more information.

SofTech also offers packaged consulting services including start-up, programming, batch processing, drawing conversion and various migration services.

Training Services

The SofTech course offerings for the family of CADRA products will help you to best utilize your CADRA environment and increase productivity for better products and shorter development time-lines. Courses are offered at our Training Facility in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. We also offer classes at other SofTech locations as well as on-site at your facility.
