Using CADRA, engineers, designers, and drafters produce industry standard detail, layout, and assembly drawings; 2.5D designs including isometrics; and technical illustrations, typically in less time and with fewer steps than any other CAD program. CADRA is a standalone application that runs under a license management system. Under the license manager, applications can run on single systems or local and wide area networks. License management lets you configure your system for maximum resource usage while minimizing software costs.
CADRA operates on PC's running Windows® as well as UNIX workstations running HP-UX or Sun Solaris.
Recommended Minimum Windows System Configuration:
- Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP2, 2000 (SP2), or 2003 Server SP1
- Intel Pentium-based computer Pentium 3 minimum, Pentium 4 recommended
- 128 MB RAM minimum, 512 MB RAM recommended
- 65 MB minimum free disk space
- Screen resolution setting of 1024 x 768 pixel minimum, 1152 x 864 pixel recommended

- Fully integrated with Microsoft® Office using Microsoft® OLE™. Text and spreadsheets from Microsoft applications may be "live linked" in to CADRA drawings or CADRA drawings may be "live linked" into Microsoft documents. CADRA also supports OLE drag and drop.
